- Custom, personalized, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized decor pieces
- Clearance or discounted items
- Gift cards and store credits
- Opened or used home fragrance products (e.g., candles, diffusers)
- Fragile items (e.g., mirrors, glassware) unless damaged upon delivery or pickup
3. Exchange Policy
- Eligible items can be exchanged for a different item of equal or greater value (difference to be paid).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Cash refunds are not available for purchases made via card or digital payments.
